A flexible, lightweight and comfortable skate, the Riedell 220 Competitor Plus boot features professional quality with a design made for instructors and recreational skaters who demand support as well as comfort. It also fitted with the Sure-Grip Competitor plate, used by beginner skaters who are accustomed to a standard 10 degree double action plate, which offers 4 different cushion options so that the skater can fine tune the plate to their particular skating style. Changing up to a 7mm or 8mm axle is possible with the Competitor plate. RC Medallion Plus wheels are style and simplicity at its best, not to mention a high quality feature of the skate. Constructed from a Hi-Grip urethane, the Medallion Plus wheels offer superior roll and a little bit of flash all in one. RC ABEC 7 bearings are polished chromed steel ball bearings with a grooved race way for heat dissipation, have double removable shields and have a light lithium oil lubrication for superior roll.
